Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered a fantastic room with a lovely flat-screen TV; however, the initial one had a sewer smell which was quickly resolved. The room was a bit dirty upon arrival, and some used toiletries remained in the bathroom. Despite these minor flaws, the overall room quality was fantastic, although slightly overpriced for its basic amenities.
The hotel is located conveniently within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and come with extra safety security locks, though the morning chill can be a downside. The service is top-notch and very welcoming, with a fantastic price for a complete breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the area and even offers a riverside walk for furry companions. While the dining options are good, having more choices would enhance the experience.
The hotel offered studio flats converted at the rear of the building, which were dirty upon arrival with used toiletries still in the bathroom. The shared bathroom in the room was a drawback. However, the friendly staff catered to our need for an earlier check-in time at no extra cost and even sourced gluten-free cereal and bread for us.
